The Surgery Center fees cover the use of the facility only. They do not include laboratory, pathology, physician or anesthesia provided. You will be billed separately for these services. As a courtesy, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance carriers or governmental agency directly. Be sure to bring your most current insurance, Medicare or public assistance card with you on the day of your procedure. Please be aware of any admission policies your insurance plan may have. Failure to obtain pre-authorization may greatly reduce or eliminate your benefits.

Patients who do not have insurance coverage may be required to pay their charges in advance. We realize, however, that at the time you may require special financial arrangements. In these instances, please phone our office prior to your procedure to discuss alternative methods of payment. The surgery center accepts cash, cashier’s checks, credit cards and personal checks. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have questions or concerns regarding the facility charge, the financial policy or billing procedures.
